The sooner the better is the key message we want you to take away. May-October is our busiest season and holiday weekends tend to be the most competitive in terms of early bookings. If you already have a specific vision in mind, don’t wait to contact us. For creating a unique design, anything that is new or custom, such us: linens, drapery, and lighting, we need advanced notice so that we can acquire and receive the pieces. Even if your vision includes items we already have in-stock, the earlier you book the better. This is the only way to ensure that you are able to get everything you’ve imagined for the perfect event.
Planning a tent wedding, or event needs a significant amount of lead time to be planned accordingly. Tent events require more logistical planning including site inspections that occur months in advance. Additionally, booking all pieces for your tent event ahead is crucial, because everything from the tables, chairs, and silverware has to be brought in.
